However, the outlook is not entirely negative. In regions where trust in management remains high, employees report that AI has helped lower burnout risks and stress. When implemented with proper guardrails and a focus on upskilling—such as teaching staff how to write effective prompts and validate data quickly—AI can move from being a source of extra work to a genuine driver of career satisfaction.
